── Payments in any kind of real-world currency are executed at your own risk. The group will not involve itself in Paypal disputes.
── It is advised that you take screenshots of deals you make just to be on the safe side; they can be extremely helpful in the event of a deal gone awry. The group will only resolve issues in which there is definitive proof of the problem.
── Co-ownership is not allowed. A lion must be owned by one person only, and any of their side accounts.
── Advertisements of any kind cannot be reposted to the group more than once per every 24 hours.
── Anything sold or given away (not earned via the game) by the group may not be resold for higher than the original price paid, until (if it is a cub) it is uploaded as a designed adult.
For serious issues, the group's reaction will depend on severity. The group will not involve itself in personal disputes (i.e. harassment,
blocking or things of that nature) unless it involves the group in some way.

── Anything targeting someone, threatening someone, or displaying other methods of griefing another player can and will result in suspension or banishment depending on the severity of the issue if related to the group. This is largely contextual.

── Using AI generated artwork and literature in ANY area of the game is strictly forbidden. Players who are found using any form of AI will receive strict punishment, resulting in banishment for repeated abuse.
── You may not trace, copy, or claim anyone's artwork as your own, this includes work submitted to the group and official nemeion assets. Nemeion does not condone or accept stolen or traced works of art, and will gravely punish thieves.
── You may not use official group assets in any part of your entry. Using any official group artwork including items, backgrounds, import designs, and lineart will result in a warning and potential banishment.
── Mature artwork and literature is allowed, however it must include proper mature filters. Depictions of sexual acts or nudity is not allowed.

── Import images may not be uploaded to your personal DeviantArt gallery, Imgur, Pinterest, or other similar social media websites. They may however be uploaded to Toyhou.se, Weebly, and Google Sheets, as long as there is a link back to their official import on DeviantArt.com.
── You may not use design elements, markings, or decorations made by other players on your own Nemeion designs without their written permission. You may re-use elements on different designs if you made them yourself.

── Nemeion group art, such as item art, import uploads, commissioned conceptual art and illustrations, and group provided templates are to remain strictly on DeviantArt and may not be re-uploaded or utilized without permission from the founder.
── The group retains the right to edit or discontinue any prior, current, or future information, game play mechanics, and rules at all times. All uploaded characters within the group belong partially to the group itself unless the listed owner chooses to decease the character permanently. Any claim of ownership on an uploaded character is dissolved 48 hours after banishment from the group.
── The group does not take responsibility for any transactions made between members of the group with non-fictional currency, and regarding trades and in-game currency, will only resolve conflicts that offer sufficient proof of relevant conversations.

The group reserves the right to become inactive and shut down activities, extra features, breeding, and anything else at any time, indefinitely; in this case, none of its admins or founders will be responsible for refunding any kind of currency or providing compensation for anything or any amount of money or time invested in the game.
