Description: When applied to an unused cub geno, this item allows you to select a custom base coat color of your choice not present on any currently available palettes. This color must be natural, somewhat relevant to the base coat's name, and cannot be extremely bright, neon, or green (unless Blistering Bile is present).

Guidelines:
- This item may be used on any normal base color or base altering mutation.
- This item may not be used on bases that are being altered by modifiers like Rubrum, Glacies, Griseo, and Solis, as those are locked to specific swatches.
- This item may not alter the color of Manicae or Cineres, as those are locked to specific swatches.
