Description: Scare away the Design Approval admins during the upload process, allowing you to completely ignore marking ranges, marking softness, and color rules when creating your design.

Examples:
- If a marking says you can only have lighter than the base coat, Jack lets you choose darker or a color not on your base

- Jack lets you extend beyond normal orange marking ranges.

- Jack lets you freely choose if your marking is soft edged, hard-edged, or blurred.
